A1: It is a service that supports your travel and movement by handling luggage transport and delivery procedures.
We help you travel light and hands-free, from the airport to your hotel, and from your accommodation to your next destination.
A2: Yes, you can.
We can flexibly accommodate your itinerary and group size, whether it's for a multi-day trip, family travel, or group movement.
A3: We apologize, but we do not accept gender-specific requests for porters.
A4: The fee varies depending on the type of service, duration, amount of luggage, and travel distance.
Please first contact us with your requirements via the inquiry form, and we will provide you with a personalized quote.
A5: Hire car, taxi, and delivery fees are not included in the service charge.
These costs will be billed to you separately as actual expenses.

The Service involves our porters assisting with the transportation of luggage at locations designated by the customer.
The types, content, and fees of the service shall be posted separately on the website.
Article 3 (Reservation and Contract Formation)
Reservations for the Service shall be made through the Company's website or by a designated method.
A service use contract between the customer and the Company is formed when the reservation is completed and accepted by the Company.
Article 4 (Usage Fees)
The usage fees for the Service are based on the fee schedule set forth separately on the website.
Usage fees shall be paid by the method specified at the time of reservation or by the method designated at the time of service provision.
Article 5 (Cancellation Policy)
Cancellations of reservations shall be made through the prescribed method.
A cancellation fee may be charged for cancellations made immediately before the reservation date and time. Details of the cancellation fee are specified separately on the website.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or inability to provide the Service due to reasons not attributable to the Company, such as natural disasters, transportation delays, or force majeure.
Compensation for damage to customer's luggage shall be limited to the liability limit specified separately.

Customers shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:
